From national park Ushansky via Polonina Runa and Borschawa mountain range to national park Synewir
From the Javornik mountain(1.017 m) in the national park Ushansky with virgin beech forests the European primeval forest route to Chornoholova and passing the touristic village up to the spacious mountain pasture Polonina Runa (1.480 m). The hiking trail is well marked (red colour) and hikers get good orientation. At the foothill of the Beskides you arrive the city of Volovez and the station Volovez. Up to this point the primeval forest route passed the nature protection area Sokolovi Skeli (virgin forest, bird sanctuary), the mountain Pikui (forest, rare species) and the peak Pikui (1.408 m) South of Volovez the long distance trail runs across the nature protection area Temnatyk (forest with high biodiversity) via the summits of the mountain range Borschwawa to the city of Mishhirja situated near the national park Synewir.
